About NABERS
NABERS which stands for National Australian Built Environment Rating System, is a tool to rate the build environment. NABERS provides rating from 1-6 stars for building efficiency which provides a benchmark to track progress of your building. It is also another way to verify if the improvement to the energy consumption of the building if a recent energy efficiency upgrade has been implemented.
BEEC CERTIFICATES
About BEEC
The Commercial Building Disclosure (CBD) Program requires office space with areas more than 1000m² that are seeking to sell or lease to have the latest Building Energy Efficiency Certificate (BEEC). The BEEC contains two parts which is a NABERS Rating and a Tenancy Lighting Assessment (TLA)
